STEP1
Initial Application
Accepting by 1/31
Submit the initial application. This part of the application will ask you to:

  • Fill out a contact / equipment / service order form
  • Send a group picture via email
  •     

  • Read and accept waiver or liability and photo release agreement.
  • Please make payment for the application processing fee and equipment fee online, you will be billed after your application have been reviewed and approved.
We recommend that you complete this step as soon as possible to secure your spot at stage.
STEP2
Payment
Once we have processed the performer application, if you need any equipment and services, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. Please follow the link on the e-mail and pay with credit or debit card by the due date noted. (*Payment will be accepted only by credit card.)

Completion by 2/28
We will announce stage assignments and other important information for the event around end of the February.
